homemade immunity boosting drink recipes

The recent pandemic has taught us many things about health and wellbeing. It helped us recognize the importance of immunity, so we would stop taking it for granted.

Before 2020, nobody really cared about improving their immunity. But things have changed drastically after the Covid spread. Immunity has become the front and centre of everything we do. From our food choices to taking immunity supplements like Chyavanprash to maintaining proper hygiene at the dinner table, our day-to-day decisions started to revolve around immunity and overall wellness. And that’s a good thing.

The covid outbreak affected all of us in one way or the other. Each wave of Covid came as a threat to humankind; some of us showed no symptoms, some fell sick for a week, and many lost their lives amid the chaos.

If you are reading this in good health and want to make sure that your body is prepared well enough to combat viruses and bacteria of any sort, you are at the right place.

We have put together a few recipes of immune boosting drinks that you can prepare at home and consume every day regardless of your age or gender.

Have a look.
