KM Lepam

Kerala Ayurveda KM Lepam is a cream based proprietary medicine formulated to resolve pain, swelling and other trauma-related complications which were traditionally treated with medicines such as Karutha Marmani Gulika. The superior blend of herbs in KM Lepam with anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving actions makes it an ideal choice in pain management. KM Lepam is a cream that uses ingredients that act as a natural analgesic and help to treat aches. A mixture of five different ingredients has been carefully selected to create this naturally sourced ayurvedic balm for pain.

The ingredients that this head pain balm has are:

Shallaki

  • Boswellia serrata or Shallaki is a very powerful ingredient that helps in the treatment of aches and pains.
