Adults should take 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food. If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician. The color and consistency of the arishta may vary between batches because of the seasonal variation; however, efficacy remains the same.
