Description

Aswagandharishta is a traditional Ayurvedic formulation (nervine tonic) that contains herbs and ingredients known to help improve vitality and aid in the Ayurvedic treatment of low energy levels and other Vata-related disorders.



Ingredients:

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

  • This is the main herb that Aswagandharishta uses for the Ayurvedic treatment of anxiety, insomnia, immunity, weight loss, weight gain, and as a strengthening supplement.

Manjistha (Rubia cordifolia)

  • Used in Ayurveda as a blood detoxifier and anti-inflammatory

  • It is used in traditional medicines to improve the complexion and voice.

Mushali (Chlorophytum tuberosum)

  • Ayurveda states that it improves stamina 

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)

  • It is used to balance all three Doshas

  • Helps to detoxify and support healing in Ayurvedic medicine

Haridra (Curcuma longa)

  • Ayurveda states that it reduces toxins and is excellent for skin

Daruharidra (Berberis aristata)

  • Used traditionally as an antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant, antiviral and anti-inflammatory

Yashti (Glycyrrhiza glabra)

  • Liquorice or Mulethi is a common ingredient in Indian kitchens

  • This is one among the group of 10 herbs called the Jeevaneeya Gana (10 herbs). 

  • It is a multipurpose ingredient helpful in Ayurvedic medicine as an anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-bacterial,  analgesic, and antacid.

Rasna (Pluchea lanceolata)

  • Ayurveda uses this herb for its properties of being an immunomodulator, anti-oxidant, anti-microbial, and diuretic.

Ksira Vidari (Pueraria tuberosa)

Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna)

Aswagandharishta dosage is adults 15 to 25 ml and children 5 to 10 ml or as directed by the Physician
