Abhayarishtam Works for my stomach issues. It cleanses our intestine and improves digestion, relieves constipation issues. Highly recommend ayurvedic medicine for stomach issues.

The symptoms of constipation include straining too hard to empty bowels, fewer than three bowel movements in a week, passing hard stools, and not being able to empty the bowels. Constipation can become chronic and lead to bloating, decreased appetite, and mental stress.

Abhayarishta is an Ayurvedic syrup for constipation, formulated with herbal cleansers to strengthen intestinal pathways and promote bowel movements naturally. Kerala Ayurveda also recommends this arishtam for digestion and mild stomach cramps.

Abhayarishta by Kerala Ayurveda is 100% herbal with no added fragrance, color or petroleum by-products.

Abhayarishta syrup is formulated with various cleansing herbs. Some of the prominent herbs are:

Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)

This is the primary ingredient to ensure all three doshas are at their optimum levels.

It is also helpful in treating hemorrhoids by promoting bowel regularity and reducing inflammation and pressure in areas prone to hemorrhoids.

Draksha (Grapes)

Promotes bowel movement and may help reduce anxiety

Dhanyaka (Coriandrum sativum)

It’s a natural appetizer that improves digestion, relaxes bowel muscles, and supports Agni (digestive fire).

Chavya (Piper cubeba)

Used in the traditional remedies for bloating, indigestion, and other digestive issues.

Misreya (Fennel)

Taken after meals to aid digestion. It also helps ensure kapha and vata are at their optimum levels.

Abhayarishta dosage for adults is 2-3 tsp (15-25 ml) twice daily after food. If it is for children, reduce the dose to 1-2 tsp (5-15 ml) and take it after food twice daily or as directed by the physician. For better results, use consistently for 2-3 weeks. If you have acidity, mix Abhayarishta with an equal amount of water and take it immediately after your meal. Colour and consistency may vary between batches because of the seasonal variation; however, efficacy remains the same.

Abhayarishta helps pacify Vata dosha in the colon to facilitate bowel movements.

The primary ingredient - Haritaki - is known to help treat various digestive concerns, including flatulence, gas trouble, bloating and constipation.

As a digestive stimulant, it helps strengthen the intestines and promote peristaltic movements to prevent concerns like gas, stomach cramps and restricted bowel movement.

Taking 2-3 teaspoons (15-25 ml) of Abhayarishta twice a day after meals for 2-3 weeks can help ease bowel movements, relieve constipation and prevent concerns like flatulence and abdominal bloating.

For kids, the dosage should be 1-2 teaspoons (5-15 ml) twice a day after meals.

Frequently Asked Questions
