• Adults can take 15 to 25 ml and children from 5 to 15 ml or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician. 

• Cough

Vasarishta is a natural mucolytic agent. The herbs present in this medicine breakdown and liquefy the mucus in the respiratory tract, which can otherwise block the air passages and cause chest congestion and breathing difficulties.
