All arishtas are fermented decoctions. So it contains self-generated alcohol, around 10% of the total volume.
Yes, you can take Kerala Ayurveda Khadirarishta daily for two-three months.
If you are prone to acidity, you can consume arishta by mixing an equal amount of water and taking it immediately after your meal. Try to avoid taking arishtas at night. You may also take ½ tsp of ghee after consuming arishta.
Khadirarishta does not contain added alcohol. However, it contains a certain percentage of alcohol produced during the fermentation process.
Taking Khadirarishta twice daily may reduce pigmentation, improve skin texture and enhance the natural glow. It may even lighten the complexion over long-term usage.
