Dosage

•  2-3 Drops for Dry skin
• 1-2 Drops for Oily skin

Usage

• Cleanse your face with a mild, natural face wash and pat dry. 
• Shake the bottle well and take 2-3 drops of Kerala Ayurveda Kumkumadi Oil in your palm. Apply it over your face and neck with finger tips. Gently massage all over in a circular, upward stroke for 5-10 minutes. 
• You can also use a Gua Sha tool or a roller to disperse the oil over the face. Let it stay overnight for better results. 
• Wash it the next morning with a mild cleanser. 

Note: If you have oily skin, reduce dose to 1-2 drops and wash off after 30 minutes to prevent buildup.

Usage:

• Take 10 ml Manjishtadi Kwath with 20 ml of Khadirarishta in 60 ml of lukewarm water twice a day after food.

Note: If you are prone to acidity, add 1/2 tsp ghee with kwath and avoid taking it at night.

Caution: Not suitable for pregnant women and lactating mothers.
