Dosage:

  • Children 3-5 years- 1/4 teaspoon twice a day 
  • Children aged 6-12 years - 1/2 tsp twice a day 
  • Above 12 years of age and Adult - 1 tsp twice a day

Usage:

  • Kerala Ayurveda Chyavanprash can be consumed twice a day, 30 minutes before food, throughout the year, by all family members.
  • A cup of warm milk should ideally follow it.
