A bowl of warm mixed vegetable soup or a cup of herbal tea spiced with cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, Tulsi leaves, etc. is comforting and Kapha pacifying too

Avoid day sleep - Sleeping during the day time, especially immediately after a meal is not good for you
