CASE III
This is a case of 10 year
old girl who came to the
hospital limping with chief
complaints of severe reddish
skin eruptions with
discharge of pus, obnoxious
smell, and severe pain and
itching spread over the
dorsum of the feet since 3
years. After studying the
pros and cons of the
pathological aspects of her
condition she was admitted
for one month and external
therapy and as internal
medication was administered
as a course of treatment. By
one month of treatment there
was marked improvement with
complete disappearance of
pus discharge, smell,
Pustules, and complete
relief from pain itching.
